What a deal room is
A deal room is a permissioned workspace attached to a company or a round. It holds documents, a question thread, a task list, and an activity log.
Creating one
From your dashboard, open Deal Rooms and create a new room. Give it a clear name, set the visibility, and upload your first documents.
Inviting participants
Invite by email. Each participant is a member of that room only. Members can be granted access per document, so sensitive files can stay restricted while the general materials are open.
Access requests
If a room accepts requests, an interested investor can ask for access. You approve or decline; nothing is shared before you act.
Closing out
When a process ends, revoke membership. The activity log is retained so you keep a record of who saw what and when.
