Louison Mbombo is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Bright Capital America, where he leads the company's global strategy, growth, partnerships, and vision for the future of private markets.
An entrepreneur, investor, and business executive, Louison's work focuses on building businesses, investment platforms, and strategic partnerships that connect companies and emerging markets with global capital, innovation, and opportunity.
Throughout his work in investment, business development, and strategic partnerships, Louison Mbombo has facilitated more than $970 million in transactions and investment opportunities, working across sectors and international markets.
Through Bright Capital America, he is building a global private-markets technology platform designed to connect companies, investors, investment groups, fund managers, and private-market opportunities within a more accessible and efficient ecosystem.
Bright Capital America brings together investor discovery, fundraising tools, market intelligence, investor relations, deal rooms, portfolio management, fund administration, and technology to help participants navigate the private capital lifecycle.
Louison is also the Founder and CEO of Mbombo Investment Group (MIG), where he leads strategic initiatives and investments across aviation, infrastructure, healthcare, technology, energy, agriculture, financial services, private equity, and international trade.
His broader work is centered on mobilizing capital, developing international partnerships, supporting entrepreneurship, and creating stronger connections between Africa, emerging markets, and the global investment community.

Jabson Magalhães da Silva
Jabson Magalhães da Silva represents Bright Capital America in Brazil, supporting the company's market development, strategic relationships, institutional engagement, and expansion across Brazil and the broader Latin American market.
Jabson is a Brazilian global executive with more than 35 years of leadership experience within an international Third Sector organization. His career has included responsibilities across governance, finance, institutional transformation, risk management, and multicultural operations spanning Brazil, South America, North America, and Asia.
Throughout his career, he has held C-level positions, participated in boards and strategic committees, and led complex transformation and expansion initiatives across education, healthcare, and institutional services.
Jabson is also the Founder and CEO of BlueLand Carbon, an international carbon business platform focused on connecting high-integrity environmental assets with global markets through climate finance, ESG solutions, technology, and sustainable business models.
He serves as Senior Executive Advisor of AfroChamber, supporting strategic initiatives designed to strengthen business, institutional, and sustainability relationships between Africa and the international private sector.
BlueLand Carbon operates as the Carbon Vertical of Fundagres, an international foundation dedicated to sustainable development, agricultural innovation, food security, environmental preservation, scientific cooperation, and social impact. Within this partnership, BlueLand Carbon leads carbon-market strategies, ESG initiatives, climate-finance solutions, and the international commercialization of environmental assets.
His combination of international executive leadership, institutional experience, and expertise in sustainability and climate markets strengthens Bright Capital America's ability to develop relationships and opportunities across Brazil and Latin America.
