Expressing interest
Registering interest is non-binding. It signals to the lead that you would like access to the full materials and puts you on the distribution for updates.
Diligence
You receive deal room access once the lead approves it. Read the materials, post questions in the room thread, and expect answers to be visible to other participants unless the lead scopes them privately.
Committing
A commitment records an intended amount and moves you into the closing workflow. It is tracked in the campaign and reflected in the totals the lead sees.
Closing
The closing checklist tracks the remaining steps to signature and funding. Payment rails are not active on the platform; funds move outside Bright Capital under the deal documents.
