Leading an investment group

Set up a group, invite members and run a co-investment.

Last updated August 3, 2026

Creating a group

Create an investment group from your dashboard, describe its focus, and invite members. As lead, you control the deal flow the group sees.

Running a deal

Open a campaign for the opportunity, attach a deal room, and share it with members. Members register interest and, where applicable, indicate a commitment amount. The campaign tracks totals as commitments land.

Communication

Use campaign updates for anything the whole group needs, and direct messaging for individual conversations. Updates are logged so late joiners can catch up.

Compliance

Private rounds on Bright Capital are for qualified and accredited investors. Confirm eligibility for your jurisdiction before circulating any offering material. Nothing on the platform constitutes an offer to sell securities.
