How your uploaded decks are handled

Storage, access, quotas and automatic deletion.

Last updated August 3, 2026

Who can see your deck

Only you. Decks are stored in a private bucket under a randomized path scoped to your user identifier, and access policies enforce that scoping at the database level. Administrators can see operational metadata — file size, status, timestamps — for support purposes.

Signed links

When you open your own deck, the platform issues a signed link valid for a short window. The link is single-purpose and expires quickly.

Quotas

Uploads and analyses are quota-limited per account to keep the service available. If you hit a limit, the interface tells you which one and when it resets.

Automatic deletion

Decks and their derived analysis data are purged automatically ninety days after upload by a scheduled retention job. You can delete anything sooner from the reviewer workspace.
