Data retention and deleting your account
What we keep, for how long, and how to remove it.

Retention
Uploaded pitch decks and their derived analysis data are purged automatically ninety days after upload. Operational logs are retained for a limited period for security and troubleshooting, and contain no message or document content.
Legal hold
A record under legal hold is skipped by the purge job until the hold is lifted. Holds are applied only where we are required to preserve material.
Deleting content
You can delete your own decks, notes, CRM records, positions and documents at any time from the surface where they were created.
Deleting your account
Request deletion from the support channel. We remove your profile, your uploads and your personal records. Content you contributed to a shared deal room is handled with the room owner, and audit entries required for security are retained in de-identified form.
